7:00AM             Gates open for TRUCKS, CARS & PICKUPS, VENDORS & RVs to park and set  up. 

4:00 PM            Beer, Food, & Vendor Booths Open.

7:00pm              MUSIC STARTS

7:30pm              SILENT AUCTION CLOSES for the day.

7:30pm              LIGHT SHOW STARTS (judged by General Admission and Fellow Competitors)

11:00pm            Show Officially Closes for the Day.

Saturday, May 30th, 2026 (times are approximate)

10:00am            Gates Open to Public (free admission)

8:00AM             Truck & Car Gate and Registration open. Food & Beer Booths Open.

9:00AM     Vendor Booths Open, Silent Auction Opens.

9:30AM             Live DJ Entertainment starts

10:00AM           Kids Zone Opens.

12:00PM           Truck Gate Closes.

12:30PM           Registration Closes & Truck Parking Closes.

5:00PM             Voting for People's Choice are due.  (Ballot boxes will be at Registration Booth.)

7:00PM             Silent Auction Closes.

7:30PM             Judging for Semi Classes Ends.

7:30PM             Light Show Starts.

8:00PM             Live DJ Starts Nighttime entertainment.

9:00 PM            Light Show Ballots due. (at registration booth)

11:00PM           Show Officially Closes for the night.

Sunday May 31st, 2026 (times are approximate)

7:00AM             Gates open to Public. (free admisson)

8:00AM             Food Booths Open.

9:00AM             Gates Open to Public.

11:00AM           Awards Ceremony Starts.

3:00PM             Show Officially Closes.
